The Good Fight: Conflict, Use of Self and the Creative Facilitator

This workshop will give participants an opportunity to explore Use of Self through the lens of conflict: how it shows up in our lived experiences and how it impacts our professional and personal spheres.

We’ll discuss polarities related to how we engage with conflict and reflect on how those show up in our work with co-workers, collaborators and in other parts of our lives. A sharpened awareness of our automatic reaction to conflict in addition to skills for more intentional responses to conflict will support participants in feeling more confident and equipped in their practice.

Exploring Uncertainty Together, Apart

Facing uncertainty is likely not new to anyone, but in the midst of a global pandemic, many of us are grappling with far more uncertainty than we’re used to and feeling its presence in many realms of our lives.

In this 2-part virtual workshop, we’ll have a chance to reflect on how that uncertainty has impacted us, personally and professionally, and to engage with practices and frameworks to confront uncertainty with greater ease. We’ll build community over two virtual sessions that allow us to explore the challenges of living with the unknown, welcome the opportunities that uncertainty uncovers, and leave with tools for embracing uncertainty now and in the future.

Join me and Anne Hilb of Graymake, LLC on Wednesday May 13th  from 6:30-8pm ET and Wednesday May 27th from 6:30-8pm ET for this interactive and reflective workshop.
